Watch as decorated vehicles, floats, and people in costumes parade through the Downtown. The Downtown Store fronts will be decorated and a Halloween Block Party will follow the parade, hosted by Tides & Vines to benefit Diakonia. Parade participants will gather in the Green Street Extension parking lot at 5:30. The parade will travel from the parking lot down Green Street, cross to Market Street through the municipal parking lot behind Town Hall and end back at the Green Street Extension lot.
