Mark your calendars, seafood enthusiasts! The 14th Annual Snow Hill Oyster Roast is back and promises to be the best one yet! Over the past 13 years, this event has become a beloved town tradition, and the Snow Hill Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to invite you to join us for another unforgettable day of delicious Oyster and seafood dishes, bottomless beer, live music and prizes!

What's on the Menu?
Oysters 10 different ways, Crab Bruschetta, Steamed Shrimp & Herb Butter Bay Scallops, Cheddar Biscuit Crab Cakes, Smoked Oyster Spread On Cucumbers & Crackers Topped With Shallots, Oyster Tacos, Pulled Pork Sliders and Potato Salad, and more.

Dance the day away to live music by Margo & Co. that will keep the atmosphere lively and festive. Whether you're tapping your feet or showing off your best dance moves, the music will be the perfect accompaniment to your oyster feast.

REFUND POLICY – Event is held rain or shine. Every attempt will be made to have the festival on the date and time advertised, however circumstances beyond the Chamber’s control may require rescheduling or delay. All sales are final in case of ticketholder cancellation or organizer postponement. If the event is cancelled by the organizer or due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets may be transferred to a future festival or refunded at 80% within 60 days of cancellation. After that time, only ticket transfers to future festivals will be honored. Tickets are limited, so order early!!! This is a sellout event!

2nd Annual Pocomoke River Raft Race
Welcome, adventurous souls and creative minds, to The Snow Hill Area Chamber of Commerce 2nd Annual Pocomoke River Raft Race!
The race is back and better than ever! BYOB - Build Your Own Boat, where imagination, craftsmanship, and a splash of competitive spirit converge on the tranquil waters of the Pocomoke River. Whether you're a seasoned boat builder or a novice DIY enthusiast, this is your chance to let your creativity flow and showcase your engineering talents.
Grab a few buddies or attempt the race solo. Teams of 1-4 participants will build their raft/boat out of anything that floats! From traditional wood to recycled plastics, giant inflatables, air mattresses, empty soda cans, and/or cardboard. The only limit is your imagination. Remember, innovation and creativity are highly encouraged! All vessels must be human propelled. No motors or sails. No manufactured Boats, Canoes, Kayaks, or Paddle Boards. You may use manufactured paddles.
In addition to bragging rights and glory, participants will have the chance to win fantastic prizes generously provided by local sponsors.
Don't miss your chance to be part of this exciting event! Start gathering your materials, rallying your crew, and preparing to embark on an unforgettable voyage on the Pocomoke River. Let the countdown to race day begin!

Pinwheels for Prevention (A night of country elegance)
Come out and enjoy a night of country fun at the 1st Annual "Pinwheels for Prevention, A Night of Country Elegance" to benefit Lower Shore CASA. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers advocate for children under the protection of the courts due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
Our fundraiser event will take place on Friday, April 5th from 6-9pm at Kylan Barn in Delmar, MD.
Event includes music, gourmet appetizers, signature drinks, a chance to win the "CASA Hope Diamond", 50/50 raffle, wine & whiskey pull, and axe throwing.

March General Membership Luncheon

Patrick Sawyer, Partnership Development Associate for the Maryland Department of Service and Civic Innovation will be speaking on:
- What is the Department of Service and Civic Innovation?
- What are the Service Year Option and Maryland Corps programs?
- How can my business get involved?
The Maryland Department of Service and Civic Innovation is the State’s newest government agency. It was created this past April with the passage of the Serving Every Region through Vocational Exploration (SERVE) Act. As a department, one of their chief responsibilities is to recruit for and administer programming for two first-in-the-country service-oriented workforce development initiatives: the Service Year Option and Maryland Corps programs.
The Service Year Option and Maryland Corps programs are parallel streams of service for individuals (called Members) 18+ during which they perform 9-10 months of paid service in a position that suits their long-term goals and interests. Worksites - referred to as Host Site partners - can be state or local government agencies, for-profits, nonprofits, and businesses both small and large can apply. They see these programs as something that should be mutually beneficial to the Members and Host Site Partners alike; Members get valuable work experience and professional development, and Host Site Partners are able to expand their workforce and fill unoccupied, entry-level positions.
